Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of software products and services operated by goodepoch ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any goodepoch service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Service Description

goodepoch develops and operates focused SaaS (software as a service) tools for the modern web. The specific features and functionality of each product are described within that product's documentation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using a goodepoch service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@goodepoch.com

You may not share your account credentials with others or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of our services require payment. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the applicable fees.

  • All prices are listed and charged in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice to your registered email address.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase may be honored at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@goodepoch.com with your order details.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already fully rendered, digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded, or accounts terminated due to policy violations.
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of an annual subscription cancelled before the end of the term.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@goodepoch.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. No prorated refunds are issued for cancellations mid-period unless otherwise provided under Section 5 (Refund Policy).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through goodepoch services are the property of goodepoch or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, goodepoch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as agreed by the parties. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
